- The Canadian Medical Association is working on physician materials to support physicians in their practices.
- Alberta's provincial health office will be the provincial command centre in a pandemic.
- The Alberta Medical Association (AMA) will provide new preparedness information as it becomes available from various sources to support physicians. Links will be provided for updates and for issues affecting physician health and well-being.
- The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta is expected to serve as the main channel for communicating essential information to all Alberta physicians as needs dictate.
