4th Annual Artificial Intelligence in Health Care Conference
March 10-12, 2023
The Artificial Intelligence in Health Care Conference is a hybrid interdisciplinary event that bridges the gap between medicine and computing science. People from all educational backgrounds are encouraged to register. No pre-requisite knowledge is required to enjoy the conference, only curiosity and a willingness to learn.
The event brings together leading researchers, entrepreneurs, and clinicians to connect with an interdisciplinary audience of physicians, students, software developers, and industry professionals.
This will be a hybrid conference with the in-person component at the Matrix Hotel in Downtown Edmonton while simultaneously being live-streamed for the online audience.
This year, AIMSS is featuring a speaker series and panel discussions consisting of world-renowned experts at the intersection of healthcare and artificial intelligence. You will also be able to meet and chat with representatives from both research and industry organizations at the career/networking fair. Networking will be facilitated throughout the event and at the Friday mixer on March 10, 2023, which will be held at the new and amazing Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute Headquarters. The Friday mixer will also include an AI in medicine primer to give you some background and bring everyone up to speed about the exciting applications of AI in medicine and health.
Workshops on foundations of health AI, ethics of using it in healthcare, and student researcher presentation sessions are also planned for this year's conference.
