Certificate in Patient Safety & Quality Management

September 2017 and March 2018

Designed for health care professionals who want to expand their working understanding of patient safety and quality management concepts, this course is sponsored by the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) and the Ward of the 21st Century (W21C). It runs from September 8, 2017 to March 10, 2018 and is offered through the University of Calgary’s Office of Continuing Medical Education & Professional Development.

Course Dates

  • September 7 and 8, 2017, and March 8 and 9, 2018: In person sessions (Calgary, AB)
  • Starting September 13, 2017: Online sessions on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Cost:

  • $3000 for early bird registration (on or before July 15). After this date, course fee is $3500.
  • Course fee for students/residents is $750. Students must provide proof of student status upon registration.
