Offered by the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT), this two-day workshop discusses the components required to complete decision making capacity assessments under the Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship Act (AGTA) for physicians interested in enhancing their assessment skills. This workshop is available to physicians, only and is limited to 20 participants per session.
