The ERASAlberta 2017 Symposium is hosted by the Surgery Strategic Clinical Network, Alberta Health Services (AHS) to facilitate local, national and international Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) best practices. ERAS is an international evidence-based approach to improving perioperative care and patient and system outcomes.

The Symposium offers a unique platform for participants to advance surgical care transformation across health systems. It is an opportunity for clinical professionals, key opinion leaders, industry partners and health system administrators committed to the improvement of perioperative care to share knowledge, network, exchange ideas, debate and discuss the very latest clinical data and developments. The Symposium gathers local, national and international expertise in perioperative care.
