Geriatrics Update: Clinical Pearls Course

This virtual course focuses on clinical pearls for the care of complex older patients across the continuum of care. A blend of plenary short snappers and panels discuss the best practices for managing common health issues in older adults.

Course Objectives

At the end of this course the participant will be equipped to:

  • Optimize evaluation and treatment strategies for common geriatric conditions and symptoms across the care continuum.
  • Recognize and manage the complexities of mental health and substance use disorder in older adults.
  • Implement evidence-based approach to the diagnosis and management of multiple co-morbidities in older adults.
