Cost: Registration is $400 for physicians and dentists; support staff (i.e.: RN) is $150.00.

The focus of this Symposium is procedural sedation in the hospital and non-hospital environment. Target Controlled Infusion (TCI) pump technology provides stable, steady-state drug concentrations for intravenous sedation that are easily titrated to meet surgical stimulus or patient need. TCI is Health Canada approved and this symposium is a first for Canada. The sponsoring organization is the Alberta Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
