Finding balance and solutions through nature in Banff. Leading Naturally is a program designed specifically for physicians to find their voice, acquire systems skills and cultivate an individual ‘way of the leader’ through partnership and immersion in nature. This program will empower attendees with the tools, methods and inner resources – the ‘how’– to achieve their own authentic, embodied and empowering leadership style.
This 3.5-day retreat features daily leadership development sessions, forest immersion for personal awareness and restoration, and application of systems dynamics to leadership in complex systems
Pricing
- Early Bird Rate: $1,995* CAD per person (Deadline July 7)
- Standard Rate: $2,400* CAD per person (Deadline September 3)
- Includes: Tuition, meals and post community calls
- Accommodation: $250/night CAD (preferred Banff Centre rate)*
