Sickle Cell Disease is a genetic blood disorder that affects millions of people around the world. Despite its prevalence, people born with SCD tend to suffer in silence. Join SCFA's community of physicians, surgeons, researchers, medical practitioners and patients as they discuss and review the latest research and treatment options in an effort to find a cure for Sickle Cell Anemia and Thalassaemia .
