The South Calgary Primary Care Network (SCPCN) is a collaboration between more than 232 family physicians and Alberta Health Services (AHS) providing comprehensive, community-based primary care to more than 248,000 patients in 55 medical practice locations in the South Calgary area.

The Position

This is an executive position requiring an individual who is an experienced and dynamic leader. The Executive Director will be accountable for all PCN operations, business and financial management and will report to the SCPCN Board. The successful candidate will have exemplary leadership and team building skills, demonstrated business acumen, as well as outstanding interpersonal, organization, relationship building and management skills.

It is preferred that applicants possess a graduate degree in health care administration, business administration or a related field supplemented by seven to ten years' experience at a senior management level of which five years are in health care. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

This position offers executive level compensation based on experience.
