The Alberta Medical Association believes many of Alberta’s physicians support and participate in projects to help build healthier, stronger communities in Canada and throughout the world. Through the AMA’s Many Hands™ initiative, we want to celebrate such altruistic endeavors and inspire others.

Do you, or does a physician, resident or medical student you know donate time and skills to a worthy cause in Canada or abroad? If yes, please complete the nomination form.

Medical professionals have the privilege of being involved with the most personal aspects of a person’s life – their health, their suffering and their wellbeing. This work is incredibly rewarding because the need is so great and so urgent. (Dr. Rashad Chin - pictured above)
