CII/CPAR

We’re here to help!

Our team is ready to help you get signed up for Community Information Integration and Central Patient Attachment Registry (CII/CPAR).

CII allows you to send information to Alberta Netcare from your clinic EMR. Consult letters can be shared to the Consults Folder in Alberta Netcare. As well, basic information about patient visits can contribute to Community Encounter Digests (CEDs).

If you are the patient’s primary provider, CPAR identifies you in Alberta Netcare and sends eNotifications to your EMR when they are seen in the emergency department, have a hospital admission or day surgery.

Complete the form and an AMA team member will contact you within 2 to 3 business days.
