This session is designed for specialist physicians currently funded by stipends. On October 1, 2026, when stipends end, physicians can choose to claim services through the fee-for-service (FFS) model or the annualized clinical ARP model.
AMA’s Transition Support Team will deliver a presentation on the latest cARP enhancements and next steps for groups interested in the model. Physicians impacted by the end of stipends can enter the annualized cARP model through an expedited transition.
Attend one of two available sessions – the same content will be provided on both dates with a Q&A to follow.
- June 23 - 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- June 25 - 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Session will be recorded and posted to the Alberta Medical Association website. The Q&A portion will be recorded for internal purposes only.
