Film screening: Man Running

A physician runs in an exhausting 24-hour, 100-mile ultra marathon through mountainous landscape as he avoids and reflects on a high stakes medical decision.

The film screening will be followed by a panel discussion around health humanities to support a deeper understanding of being human, mental illness, addiction and the stresses of the medical profession.

Panelists are Dr. Janet de Groot, Dr. Tom Rosenal, Dr. Valerie Taylor, Dr. Jane Lemaire and Dr. Terrie Brandon.

Time details: September 19, 6 - 10 p.m.
