Physicians taking care of physicians

How can I help my colleagues?

PFSP Physician for Physician network

Reach out to colleagues in need to direct them to the PFSP, or call us for advice on how to help.

We believe that all physicians can benefit from having a personal family physician to maintain optimal health and thus enable them to better care for their patients. We also believe that peer-to-peer support is an important element contributing to the health and sustainability of our profession.

What is the PFSP’s Physician for Physician (P4P) network?

Established by PFSP, P4P is a confidential network of family physicians, psychiatrists and addiction specialists who are willing to take colleagues as patients (when possible) in their practices. The PFSP can help participating physicians by providing support and education if requested.

How can you help?

We are looking for family physicians, psychiatrists and addiction medicine specialists to join our P4P network to help their colleagues care for their own health.
