    Holiday Claims Processing and Payment Dates

      • Friday, December 24, 2021 to Monday, January 3, 2022, inclusive: The Alberta Health office will be closed. Emails sent to the Alberta Health address health-pcsp.admin@gov.ab.ca during this time will not receive a response.
        • H-Link will be able to accept claims from submitters during the office closure period.
        • Reports, such as Statements of Assessment and Statements of Account, will not be produced during the office closure period.
      • December 16th - the last day to submit claims prior to the office closure period. Claims received and assessed during the period of December 10, 2021 to December 16, 2021 will have an expected payment date of Friday, December 24, 2021.
      • January 7th, 2022 - The next expected date for payment of claims received and assessed during the period of December 17, 2021 to December 30, 2021. Regular payments will resume from this date forward.
