Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

The Alberta Medical Association's Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance plan offers you a lump-sum, tax-free benefit in the event of accidental death, or loss of or loss of use of limbs.

You can use the plan to supplement your disability and life insurance coverage. Because proof of good health is not required to apply, this plan is especially valuable if you do not qualify for life or disability insurance because of medical or other reasons.
