Any undergraduate in a school of medicine in Alberta is eligible for membership in the Alberta Medical Association (AMA). Fill out the form below to apply.

Any undergraduate in a school of medicine in Alberta is eligible for membership in the Alberta Medical Association (AMA).

The University of Alberta and University of Calgary's Medical Student Association (MSA), VP Finance will collect AMA membership fees in conjunction with the school's MSA fees. The annual fee for student membership is $10. 

Completion of this membership form indicates agreement to accept, uphold, and be governed by the Alberta Medical Association bylaws. Learn more at Governance.
