Our privacy training has provided 3241 learners with skills to effectively handle sensitive health information and mitigate risk for everyone.
Developed in collaboration with Alberta Primary Care Networks, our Accelerating Change Transformation Team (ACTT) offers a selection of tailored privacy courses. The curriculum covers the collection, storage and use of personal information in health care—vital to safeguard medical records.
The training includes nine fundamental level privacy courses for privacy officers, clinic staff and accredited training for physicians. Also available, six advanced level privacy courses designed especially for physicians and privacy officers.
With more than 350 clinics participating in these ACTT programs, we've trained 118 privacy officers, 332 physicians and 2911 staff members in the latest privacy methods.
