Patricia To MD, FRCPC, BSc Pharm, is in the final months of her geriatric psychiatry fellowship at the University of Alberta, where she completed her general psychiatry training. Her interest in geriatric psychiatry began during her undergraduate pharmacy training, including a rotation at the Centennial Centre for Mental Health and Brain Injury in Ponoka, where she received early exposure and training on the geriatric psychiatry unit. Patricia has a deep respect for the geriatric population and hopes to provide care to older adults following graduation, valuing the richness, complexity and lifelong learning they bring. In her spare time — which is limited with her young children — she enjoys good food and good company.
