Frequency: Monthly

Service Event Reporting (Shadow Billing)

Frequency: Daily/Weekly (on a regular basis)

Service Event Reporting (SER) - also known as shadow billing - provides a record of cARP program activity and remuneration for physician benefit programs.

Participating Physicians must submit an annual performance report for each fiscal year (April 1 to March 31) by June 30.
