CPAR Panel Administrators will be able to access the Demographic Mismatch Reports two days after the CPAR upload date. Conflict Reports and Panel Submission Metrics Reports will be available on the 24th day of each month.
The table below indicates when each EMR automatically uploads panels to CPAR. In all EMRs, providers or clinics can trigger resubmission of CPAR panels from the EMR up until the 20th day of each month. In most EMRs this can done directly from the EMR, but some EMRs require you contact the EMR vendor to request a resubmission. This is useful if significant changes to the panel have been made after the automatic upload, but the provider or clinic wants recent panel changes to be applied to CPAR that month.

Occasionally, issues with the EMR or with CII/CPAR will cause a panel upload to fail. The first step after discovering a failed panel upload is to attempt to trigger a manual resubmission. This can be done by clinic staff in most EMRs, but may require vendor assistance in some EMRs. If the manual resubmission does not work, the clinic should contact their EMR vendor and eHealth, and ask them for assistance in identifying the cause and fixing the issue.
A failed panel upload that is not corrected within the same month will result in a CPAR panel size (and therefore a PCPCM panel size) of 0 patients. In this case, Primary and Preventative Health Services will provide a maximum of two PCPCM panel payments using the panel from the most recent successful upload. After that, the panel payments will be not be issued, and the physician may be at risk of removal from PCPCM.
