This document is an example of a panel-based financial distribution calculation spreadsheet.
The sample spreadsheet is completed on a bi-weekly basis by the assigned person responsible in the clinic for financial matters. This may be a physician with access to the clinic’s banking, the clinic manager, etc. This spreadsheet will show all income into the clinic account as per the clinic’s business agreement.
