The Section of Rural Medicine Call for Expression of Interest was held from May 7 to June 8, 2026. The SRM Nominating Committee is pleased to share the slate of nominees for the two vacant SRM Executive Member-at-Large positions.

Submit your nomination by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026.
Please submit your nomination to [email protected]. Applicants are asked to include a short (maximum one page) description of why they wish to take on this representative role and the skills and experience they possess as outlined in the position description. Note. Nominees must be a voting member in good standing with the Section of Rural Medicine.
SRM elections run in accordance with the SRM Bylaws. If a nomination is received, an election will be held by e-vote. If no additional nominations are received, the nominees will be acclaimed for the listed position at the close of the nominations, and SRM members will be notified accordingly. The successful candidates will commence their term at the SRM Annual General Meeting on October 8, 2026.
