All HSCs in this Schedule are assigned a category code as follows:

• C - Anesthetic
• R - Surgical Assist
• V - Visit
• T - Test
• M - Minor Procedure
• M+ - Designated Minor Procedure
• 1, 3, 4, 6, 14, 15 - Major Procedure

Unless otherwise specified in this Schedule, HSCs designated with a T category code may be claimed with visits and consultations on the same day.
