The Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Network is a virtual hub of collaboration between the Accelerating Change Transformation Team (ACTT), Primary Care Networks and clinic EMR experts, offering regular interactive webinars and a collaborative site.
The Network's success is driven by the dedication of participants who actively engage and share tools, insights and leading practices related to the Patient's Medical Home development.

Session details are added to our EMR Network Schedule page as they become available.
EMR vendors are encouraged to attend scheduled webinars. While their attendance is not guaranteed at every EMR meeting, they may act as guest presenters, co-hosts or attendees in the webinars.
Once you register for the network, your registration will be processed and you will be provided with an AMA website account. To view and attend Network webinars, you'll need to login to the AMA-ACTT event site with your AMA website credentials.

Note: Sessions that occurred prior to October 1, 2025, are available in the Resources section of Learn@AMA.
We have identified some of the most frequent causes of this issue and offer the following troubleshooting tips:
- If your email address has changed, please notify the networks team by emailing [email protected]
- Check your Junk folder for the missing messages.
- If your Focused Inbox is enabled, check your Other tab for the missing messages.
- Make sure your mailbox isn't full or close to its limit.
- Check your inbox filter and sort settings.
- Check your Blocked senders and Safe senders list. Add the following email addresses to your safe list, (for more information on adding senders to your safe list go to this article).
- Check to see if email forwarding is enabled.
- Contact your IT support to inquire about enhanced security settings that may be blocking certain senders.
