The third party service provider that manages the PFSP Assistance Line is an Alberta based company with decades of experience delivering physician focused services. They oversee an extensive network of therapists who have experience working with physicians and their families, and match callers with therapists whose professional background and expertise best support their specific concerns. Through the Assistance Line callers may speak with an Assessment Physician, a peer supporter who understands.
