Who is Eligible for PFSP Services?

  1. Physician Groups

    • Physicians, resident physicians, medical students.
    • These groups are also able to access Case Coordination services and participate in Physician Wellness, Events & Program Promotion activities.

  2. Immediate Family Members

    • Spouse or common‑law spouse (cohabitating for at least one year) and dependent children under 25 years of age.

  3. Third Party Callers

    • Anyone who has a concern for a member of a physician group may call the Assistance Line and speak with an Assessment Physician to discuss their concerns.
