- These groups are also able to access Case Coordination services and participate in Physician Wellness, Events & Program Promotion activities.

- Spouse or common‑law spouse (cohabitating for at least one year) and dependent children under 25 years of age.

Third Party Callers
- Anyone who has a concern for a member of a physician group may call the Assistance Line and speak with an Assessment Physician to discuss their concerns.
