PCPCM payments & CPAR Conflicts – the work starts now!

Resolving CPAR Conflicts is good for patients and providers - it's also a key component of good panel management processes that PCPCM physicians are expected to have in place. Beginning April 1, 2026, patients in conflict with other providers may be subtracted from monthly panel payments.

With less than a year to go, AMA-ACTT has developed conflict management process essentials to help physicians and teams get ahead of the compensation change, including:
