Call for abstracts extended!

The Call for Abstracts is officially open to receive your submissions! Whether for presentations or posters, we invite each one of you to submit your proposals and spread the word among your professional networks and colleagues.

We invite you to submit an abstract on the theme of compassion & hope or general topics in palliative care. The topic categories are:

  1. Back to Basics
  2. Challenging Clinical Care Needs
  3. Emerging Issues & Trends
  4. Psychosocial / Spiritual & Wellness

Each person’s experience with a life limiting illness is unique with many nuances. Compassion and hope are powerful sources of strength, therefore fostering these during a vulnerable time is vital. Join the Palliative Institute in sharing your clinical and research insights by growing a conversation that extends compassion with each other, as well as the people experiencing a life limiting illness.

We are thrilled to announce plenary speakers Dr. Harvey Chochinov and Maxxine Rattner, PhD, RSW.
