BCP rate goes up tomorrow

Dear Members:

The agreement provides for an increase of the Business Costs Program rate from $2.95 to $3.59. This change goes into effect tomorrow, December 16. Current BCP program assessment rules remain the same.

The increase is retroactive to April 1, 2022. The retroactive payment will be made at a later date. I will let you know when the date is known.
